When you are hurting deeply, what is your “go to” to eliminate the pain? Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually. Do you resort to prayer and asking the Lord to take it away now? Do you have friends and family that you can call on to be there for you as emotional support? All of these are important. No one should be alone and feel they cannot come to someone and ask for prayer. Prayer is free!
Sometimes your hurt is heart-related that is deep within. Facing disappointment in a loved one for their actions or words. We are to still forgive and not lean on our own understanding of why this happened but do our best to communicate your pain to them and move on.
Trials, sorrows, everyday burdens are carried by people in all walks of life. You will never meet a person who hasn’t faced a valley or isn’t currently walking through one now. And that is the key: Walking on through it with The Lord by your side.
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Acceptance of things we can’t change is another form of letting go in faith. No one asks for infirmities (whether it’s physical or emotional) to be put on them, but once there, the one thing standing in the way of true peace is our own fight against accepting God’s will.
“Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.” (Psalms 62:8)
Remember, God will always provide and heal when you place your faith in Him and let go of how you want it to be, it has to be God’s way.

Lead me in Your truth and teach me.
When…..the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth. You have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. The Holy Scripture…are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will guide you with My eye. The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God. Whoever walks the road, although a fool. shall not go astray.
