Making Time For Reflection

When you spend some serious one on one quiet time with the Lord you find yourself asking questions, seeking answers, and accepting that even though you’re not always heard when you speak to a loved one or friend you are heard by God.

Quiet alone time for me is much needed. I thank the Lord for all answered prayers and, prayers that are still in the works. Reflection time is precious to me and I understand it goes hand in hand with healing from the past trials you’ve endured, painful traumatic events that took place in your life are now behind you as a new chapter starts and a new season begins.

No more hiding in your cocoon being still, silent and not seen. As you embrace the beauty from ashes and see your new life emerge, it is then you realize you are stronger, wiser, and more patient than in the past. No one and nothing can silence your words or your thoughts.

Life is not a competition to be better than another person. If a person makes you feel that way or speaks in a way to you that has you questioning your worthiness? Then you need to keep far away from that person. Life is to be nurtured with positive and loving people and to be careful as to who you choose to have in your life. Are they positive, are they loving, patient and kind? Not that there is a perfect person on earth anywhere, but a person that has a huge heart that is full of love, compassion, and are grounded and know what they want in life and aren’t afraid to share that. And for me personally, a person that has good ethics and morals.

Speak up and be heard what is acceptable and healthy in your life. Remain focused on healthy boundaries and remain grounded and focused on what the Lord has in store for you. I always pray that the Lord blesses me with the wisdom and knowledge to make the right decisions in life and be a blessing to someone each day that you may see hurting or alone.

My intentions for the remainder of my life are to continue being careful of who you let into your path, allowing God and the angels assigned to you from birth guide your words and steps with diligence and honor. Be alert to everything around you and approach any situation you may face in life that God is right there and wants you to be free from worry or concern for things you are not in control of.

If you set your standards high and remain in full faith that everything falls into place at the right time it will. Taking one day at a time and always being mindful of everything I have at this moment.

The Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand.

Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways. When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. As long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper. Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you today….then you say in your heart, “My power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth.” Is not the Lord your God with you? And has He not given you rest on every side?
