A Kind Word is Never Wasted

What a difference a person can make by being a blessing in someone’s life with just a simple “hello, how are you”? or starting a conversation with a compliment. Who doesn’t need that? Along with a million dollar smile and a gentle voice.

Hold open a door, offer assistance, help someone trying to get a stroller down the steps or take any random acts of kindness.

Every small interaction with someone is an opportunity to have a positive impact on both of your lives.

Having patience and grace with people you come in contact with is the stepping stone. Smile, keep your voice gentle and kind, make eye contact and don’t interrupt them when speaking. This includes the people that are not as loving and kind to others. We never really know what is going on in their life at that moment.

Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.” Ephesians 4:2

“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” 1 Peter 4:8

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” John 15:12: “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.”
