Faith Has No Expiration Date

These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire test and purifies gold.  1 Peter 1:7 NLT

Faith is the evidence of the things that we do not see and the proof of their reality. Faith is what we have while we are waiting for God to answer our prayer requests and provide what we need and the desires of our hearts. God will take His time and that for us could be a long wait. It may seem like a long time to answer, the waiting may seem long and difficult, and that my dear is also going to be when our faith is truly tested.

My list is long and not all about my needs or desires, but for the health and safety for loved ones. Preparing for the challenges we are about to face head-on. The question of what is next, what will happen? Where will this place me as a wife and mother? Will I be able to face the challenges and not lose my faith and hope in God? Absolutely NOT!

Faith has no expiration date. And if it does, then I can guarantee it is not faith that can endure testing. We must trust Him to be always and forever the head of the ways and means. It is in His hands and His timing that prayers be answered. Remember, there is no time in Heaven. Trust Him all the way through the process. His promises will never be too late. I come to God on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. He can hear my thoughts, my softest whispers to Him. I know in my heart, mind, and soul that He will provide me with strength, patience, hope, and peace during trials and challenges.

WHATEVER YOU DO, work at it with all your heart, as working for Me, not for men. Half-heartedness is not pleasing to Me, nor is it good for you. It’s tempting to rush through routine tasks and do them sloppily, just to get them done. But this is negative attitude will pull you down and lower your sense of worth. If you do the same tasks with a thankful heart, you can find pleasure in them and do a much better job. It’s helpful to remember that every moment of your life is a gift from Me. Instead of feeling entitled to better circumstances, make the most of whatever I provide including your work. When I put Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, I instructed them to work it and take care of it. Even though it was a perfect environment, it was not a place of idleness or total leisure. Whatever you do, beloved, you are working for Me. So give Me your best efforts, and I will give you Joy.
