How do you know when you’ve been filled with the Holy Spirit? If you pay attention, it is God’s Presence that releases energy, ability, power and might into us. Always be thinking of good and godly thoughts because we do feed on what we really think. Be sure to always speak positive things that release hope and joy. Allow the Word of God to fill your mind. Meditate on many different Scriptures. Accept God’s power and enthusiasm with an open heart and mind.
Do your best to live a life that is honorable in the sight of God. Let there be no bad habits, addictions, or be involved in toxic relationships with a person or things that are not healthy. Be loving and kind to one another and lift them up when you see they are struggling.
Here are a few passages and verses for you to refer to when reading on the Holy Spirit and wanting to be filled.
And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness. Acts 4:31
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things, there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23
And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38

SIT QUIETLY WITH ME Letting all your fears and worries bubble up to the surface of your consciousness. THere, in the Light of My Presence, the bubbles pop and disappear. However, some fears surface over and over again, especially fear of the future. You tend to project yourself mentally into the next day, week, month, year, decade, and you visualize yourself coping badly in those times. What you are seeing is a false image, because it doesn’t include Me. Those gloomy times that you imagine will not come to pass since My Presence will be with you at all times. When a future-oriented worry assails you, capture it and disarm it by suffusing the Light of My Presence into that mental image. Say to yourself, “Jesus will be with me then and there. With His help, I can cope!” Then, come home to the present moment, where you can enjoy Peace in My Presence.
Luke 12:22-26 Deuteronomy 31:6 2 Corinthians 10:5
