Life as we know it has been a rollercoaster for us all. It seems as though the years are flying by faster and faster at a rapid rate. Facing so many obstacles on the path before us and dealing with so much hate in the world and evil. Finding ourselves in tears and in great despair over major changes in our lifestyle, marriages, careers, family, and friends. Tears flowing from us more and more are becoming a daily thing and we need to release like a valve that is about to burst. Don’t let that happen. The Lord will show his mercy upon us we just hold onto his promises. I have set the LORD always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Psalm 16:8
When we are a follower of Christ we know that someday he will wipe away every tear from our eyes and those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy. Sometimes, it helps to sing to the Lord and it is uplifting to our souls and well being. Lift your prayers and heart to him and allow him to take it all from you and replace the anxiousness with love, and peace. Make it a point to set aside time to talk to the Lord when you can and be precise about what it is you are needing his help with. Turn on some uplifting music and just sit and absorb the peacefulness and let everything unfold into the hands of God.

THOSE WHO SOW IN TEARS
THOSE WHO SOW IN TEARS will reap with songs of Joy. So do not despise your tears, My child; they are precious to Me. Someday I will wipe every tear from your eyes, but for now, you inhabit a vale of tears. Just as water is necessary for seeds to grow into plants, your tears help you grow into a stronger, more joyful Christian. Your willingness to share in the sorrow of this deeply fallen world gives you depth and compassion. It also enlarges your capacity for Joy and your ability to enjoy Me in good times and tough times. Songs of Joy have been your birthright ever since you became My follower. Do not neglect this delightful way of worshipping Me and lifting your spirits. Even though it is counterintuitive to sing praises when you’re feeling sad, this is a powerful way to lift your heart to Me. As your Joy in Me encounters My delight in you, you can frolic in the Light of My Presence. This is the Joy of the Lord! Psalm 126:5-6 Revelation 21:4 Isaiah 62:4 Nehemiah 8:10
