When you find yourself at the end of a chapter in your life, don’t be afraid. Pray on it and give it to God to decide where, when and how it will all unfold. Placing full trust in the Lord shows your faith is unshakeable and you have surrendered all to Him to be in full control and guide your steps along the way if you allow it.
Perhaps it’s a new job, purchasing a new home, a car, or branching out with your hobbies and sharing with others your God-given talent that deserves to be seen by others. That in itself blesses, heals and empowers others out there in the world that may just be contemplating if their talents are worthy enough to be recognized. I say do it! Walk with courage and faith that this is meant to be and God is right by your side.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you, he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV
Sit yourself down if you already haven’t and write a list of what your dreams and aspirations are. What you want to do as far as hobbies, mine is abstract painting and working on my books that someday will be published. I will share my art before the end of the year and perhaps have one of the books completed. That for me personally is a goal but if it is extended then so what! I will no longer set a “time limit” on myself but to use these two hobbies as an outlet and release that will come out in full color when all done.
Don’t be so hard on yourself. Walk with courage that God wants you to share your talents and take any criticisms with a grain of salt. What matters is you are creating your own chapter in your life with color and being heard. Make time for loving yourself from the inside out.
