If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, God has given you a mission in this world.
“In the same way that you gave me a mission in the world, I give them a mission in the world.” John 17:18
Now that God has given you a mission in this world, you’re not merely here to just take up space, you’re not here to just strive after your own personal goals, YOU have been given an assignment from God himself. Once you’ve accepted Jesus Christ into your life you’re now in the family, your life changes. You now have a new reason for living. Your life isn’t about you anymore; it’s about God’s mission.
God expects us to tell our friends, families and even strangers about him. But we can’t just stop there. God has never made anyone he doesn’t want to be saved. His love is for everyone across the entire globe. He wants us to live out his mission everywhere in our families, our communities, and our world. Remember, this is a God-given assignment to you to fulfill.
It is obvious that our God not only controls the course of events in our life but is willing to give us the wisdom and the knowledge to believe. With that being said, God will give us wisdom and knowledge about the necessary changes we will be making in our lives. You can be reassured that you’ll have everything you need to move to your next level.
He controls the course of world events; he removes kings and sets up other kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. Daniel 2:21
