Your Assignment By God

If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, God has given you a mission in this world.

“In the same way that you gave me a mission in the world, I give them a mission in the world.” John 17:18

Now that God has given you a mission in this world, you’re not merely here to just take up space, you’re not here to just strive after your own personal goals, YOU have been given an assignment from God himself. Once you’ve accepted Jesus Christ into your life you’re now in the family, your life changes. You now have a new reason for living. Your life isn’t about you anymore; it’s about God’s mission.

God expects us to tell our friends, families and even strangers about him. But we can’t just stop there. God has never made anyone he doesn’t want to be saved. His love is for everyone across the entire globe. He wants us to live out his mission everywhere in our families, our communities, and our world. Remember, this is a God-given assignment to you to fulfill.

It is obvious that our God not only controls the course of events in our life but is willing to give us the wisdom and the knowledge to believe. With that being said, God will give us wisdom and knowledge about the necessary changes we will be making in our lives. You can be reassured that you’ll have everything you need to move to your next level.

He controls the course of world events; he removes kings and sets up other kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. Daniel 2:21

Here are a few things you can keep in mind while completing your assignment.

~  Be Thoroughly Convinced God Is Calling You

~  Understanding The Path You Traveled To See Is The Path To Follow

~  Don’t Rely On Prophetic Words Alone

~  Evaluate The Changes You Must Make

~  Be Prepared To Overcome Opposition

~  Finding Yourself A Mentor To Help You Move To The Next Spiritual Level

~  Being Prepared That Spiritual Attacks Will Come

~  Be Accepting That God Chose You To This Call

~  Change Is A Process Not An Event

~  Be Bold And Strong For The Lord Is With You

Always remember, God is faithful and true. He loves us deeply with all of his heart. He believes in us and what we can do for him.

He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. (Phil. 1:6).
