Trusting God, No Matter What! Hold tightly onto God in these difficult times we are all enduring. With so many people hurting, scared, desperate, angry and depressed with life’s challenges we need Him!
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Psalms 46:1-2
Hold On…..Remain strong in the Lord’s promise to us. Stand firm and do not fear. He does have a plan for each person here on earth. When we have days that are full of sadness, strife, hatred, and discontent, remember that you’re not alone. Please be patient with the Lord’s timing. Repent for the wrongs in your life and walk away completely from any form of addiction (s) that have a stronghold on you and allow the Lord to be in control from now on.
Psalm 37:7 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you,not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
Hold On…. It is difficult to be a witness to so much evil in the world. We cannot put blinders on our eyes or allow deafness to fall upon our ears when we see and hear so much hatred and evil wrongdoings. You see it on television, social media, or on a daily basis at work or running errands. Scary isn’t it? I have to remind myself always keeping in mind to have a loving and patient attitude towards others, to be humble and kind. You and I have no idea what that person is going through at that time you see them or speak to them. Remember that there’s not one single thing that we can hide from God that he doesn’t already know. He has the book of life before him and he knows how it all plays out from the beginning to the end.
Romans 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
All In God’s Timing… It’s all in God’s timing that our prayers are answered. Don’t lose hope. Stand firm in your faith.Hang on to his word and make time for him each day. I couldn’t imagine putting off time to speak to the Lord. It starts early in the morning, and then throughout the day into bedtime. He already knows what is weighing heavy on my heart and stirring in my mind so might as well get it out and let it go. And the best is yet to come because the Bible says in the end…. God wins!
“The Good News about God’s kingdom will be preached in all the world, to every nation. Then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14 NCV).
God be with you and bless you today!
